Brief Description Of The Position :
• The Technology trainer’s position demands the knowledge and the relevant personality to handle corporate & Retail training tasks of highest quality with the ability to contemplate the complete process of training right from the stage of designing the module as per the client’s TNA (Training Need Analysis) to the stage of delivering to the satisfaction of the client.
• It demands the people who have not just subject knowledge but those who can relate the concepts to real life examples and who are up-to-date in terms of the developments taking place in the respective technology domain.
Skills :
• Android Trainer : Java, OOPs, Familiar with IDE, Android 2.2.
• iPhone Trainer : Objective C, Interface builder, Oops concept, Cocoa Touch Framework.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities :
• Handling training of the Corporate & Retail clients of CodeFrux on technologies like iPhone and Android.
• Designing the training module and the training plan as per the TNA of the clients.
• Continuous updating of knowledge, in line with the industry requirements.
Additional Duties And Responsibilities :
• Train the other trainers along with the in-house technical team on iPhone and Android.
• From time-to-time, perform such other job related tasks as required by CodeFrux.
Accountabilities :
• Interpreting training requirements into working module and deliver to specified requirements.
• Quality of delivery is of paramount importance. It should be maintained at every step of the process chain.
• Meeting delivery schedules as per the training plan prepared.
• Complying with corporate policies and standard operating practices
Desired Skills :
• Excellent communication and Presentation skills.
• About 1 years of software development experience for mobile phones is required.
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 years of training experience on mobile technologies.
• Kowledge of Software development life cycle.
• Should have completed 2 to 3 projects on Android /iPhone.
• Proactive in identifying new avenues in training and updating the top management of the same.
